I called Master-Tech because I was told by two other service companies that my restaurant hood exhaust fan was doing all it could, though my kitchen was routinely hot and smoky, and with employees complaining about it. Gary, the owner of Master-Tech showed up promptly, assessed the hood system, advised me of the issues, and efficiently resolved the problem. My kitchen is now comfortable, and even when we get busy with burgers, the smoke and heat are no longer an issue. Gary had the parts right on the truck and was very fair with his pricing. I will definitely call again when service is due in six months. It's a relief knowing there's someone who is passionate about their work and good at it.
